Meet our Dedicated Team

I have worked in health and social care almost all of my life, starting as a carer when I was 21. Over the last 30 years I have worked in operational management roles in care settings including care homes and as a care home manager. Whatever my job title I still consider myself a carer at heart.

My family roots are in Norfolk and I am so excited to have the opportunity to lead the team at The Paddocks in developing an outstanding experience for everyone living, visiting and working in the Home. I strongly believe the success of the Home is down to effective collaboration and I look forward to working in effective partnership with all of our stakeholders.

I came from a non-care background in 2008 and fell in love with the home with a particular interest in dementia care. I have gained knowledge and qualifications in my various roles. Supported in my journey by a company whose values encourage and nurture their employees.

I have a total passion for anything engineering. I have previously and successfully run my own maintenance company. I have the drive to ensure the best possible service is provided to ensure the safety of our residents and that everyone has a lovely home to live in at The Paddocks. 

To relax I enjoy cooking and love binge-watching box sets in my spare time.

Since starting at The Paddocks I have been eager to thoroughly engage in my passion for cleaning. I am someone who has high standards and am lucky to have a great team who work with me to achieve this. My main goal is to ensure that our residents have a lovely clean home to live in.
