I have worked within the Care Sector for over 20 years and held various roles in a managerial and operational capacity. I am passionate about providing quality innovative care and creating special moments for the St John’s House Community. I am Elizabeth, I am delighted to be taking over from Amy in the role of Dementia Care Manager in the Holkham Suite, whilst she enjoys her Maternity Leave.
I moved from Spain after studying psychology and have been working in care for the past 9 years, loving every moment of them. I am very passionate about delivering the highest standard of care tailored to each resident. We strive to work in partnership with relatives and friends to make our residents feel at home because I truly believe we are one big family living the Castlemeadow Care values every day.
My name is Amy Norgate. I have worked in social care since I was 16 and over this time developed a strong passion for Dementia and end of life care. We always aim to have fun on the Holkham Suite whilst providing award winning innovative Dementia Care which strongly ties in with the Castlemeadow Care Values. The team strongly believe that ‘Caring is our Passion’.

My name is Jo Henniker, I have been a member of the award winning St John’s House Team since November 2021. I have worked within the Health and Social Care sector for 18 years. I am proud to say St John’s House has become home, we have the most amazing inclusive and diverse team that bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that benefits all our residents. The team ethos ties in with our company value of ‘Nothing is too much’.
My name is Chris Mitchley, I have trained and worked in various hotels for many years. I love my job as Head Chef at St Johns House as everything I make and produce enhances the quality of someone’s life. Our menus are always varied and offers choice ensuring that our dishes are always of a high standard and quality. We are proud to be an award winning team and creating special moments for the community at St John’s House.
My name is Fiona Mawby, I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years and have loved every minute of it. In 2014 I moved from being a carer to a Wellbeing Manager. I was lucky to join St Johns House in 2016 from the very first day it opened and feel very privileged to have the opportunity to work with the residents, families and staff at St Johns House. I feel this is not a job but a life experience to spend valuable time with residents with different needs and wishes. I bring lots of activities and different experiences always “thinking outside the box”, on a group and one to one basis. We are one big family.
My name is Donna Barber, as Head of Housekeeping I am responsible for all domestic and laundry duties within the home. My fantastic team and I are fully dedicated to maintaining the home’s luxurious environment through attention to detail and hard work. Having a clean and comfortable environment for our residents is something that I am very passionate about.
My name is John Bell and I have joined St John’s House as Maintenance Manager. I served in the RAF for 30 years as an Aircraft Technician, during which time I worked on aircrafts such as Jaguars and Tornados. I left the RAF and became a constructor at RAF Marham on Tornado aircrafts. ‘Nothing is too much’ when ensuring the Health and Safety of the St John’s Community.
