Staff team at Highfield House receive thanks for hard work
In thanks for our incredible Care Quality Commission inspection report at Highfield House, (we have been rated GOOD in case you missed it!!), we had a thank you and celebration for all of the staff in the newly fitted out 'Highfield Arms'.
This cosy little area near to the entrance to the home in Halesworth has been converted into a pub - the Highfield Arms, and is the perfect place for residents to have a drink and to enjoy a traditional pub atmosphere.
Today however, it was the setting for us to celebrate the achievements of all the staff, who have worked so hard to achieve the 'Good' CQC result.
Home Manager Martin, Managing Director Nigel and Operations Manager Helen gave speeches to thank everyone and all staff were presented with gift bags full of goodies in recognition of their hard work and support in this wonderful achievement.
