Lincoln House receives GOOD assessment from Norfolk County Council

Our home in Swanton Morley is celebrating the results of their recent PAMMS assessment from Norfolk County Council's Quality Assurance team

We are delighted to share our recent PAMMS assessment by Norfolk County Council for Lincoln House in Swanton Morley, near Dereham in Norfolk. We are thrilled that we have scored GOOD on every section of the report.

What is a PAMMS?

The Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) is an online assessment tool, designed to help Norfolk County Council (NCC) assess the quality of care delivered by providers of adult social services in the county. All residential care homes, nursing homes and homecare services accredited with NCC will receive a PAMMS audit.

Is it the same as a CQC report?

While the report isn’t the same as a report from the Care Quality Commission, there is a close relationship between PAMMS and CQC’s current inspection requirements. The PAMMS assessment is a supportive tool and can be used as an opportunity to prepare for a CQC visit, as well as showing any area(s) that the service is achieving high quality care. Similarly, any areas that are not achieving the same high standards can be identified quickly and support put in place to attain positive results.

We look forward to welcoming CQC to Lincoln House
