Meet the Team

My role is to ensure that all our residents have a varied and enjoyable wellbeing and activities programme whilst at the same time being mentally stimulated and happy. It is important to me that our residents enjoy living at Lincoln House. My role could not be more rewarding. We are one big family here.

I am a calm friendly person with experience working as one of our Receptionists at Lincoln House. I enjoy working as part of a small team in a fast-paced care home setting and I take great pride in my job role and welcoming all visitors to our home.

My name is Patricia and I have worked at Lincoln House since 2019 as the Clinical Lead. I enjoy making a difference and going above and beyond every day to ensure that our residents are well cared for and happy. I am proud to be part of such a fantastic team.

I have worked at Lincoln House for 14 years and during that time have progressed to a Senior Care Assistant. I enjoy my busy varied role. It is the little things that make such a difference to the residents and I always go out of my way to try and make these things happen.

I have worked at Lincoln House for 13 years as part of the Maintenance Team. My role is to ensure that all areas of the home are kept safe and well maintained for all our residents, families and visitors.

I have worked at Lincoln House for over 15 years. My role as Catering and Engagement Manager is to ensure that all our residents dietary needs are met and that everyone enjoys all our homecooked meals and cakes especially prepared for them. I am also responsible for all activities and wellbeing ensuring that residents are kept engaged and stimulated and have lots of fun through various activities and themed events that we plan for every day. I love to see our resident’s enjoy something that we have planned for them as it is really so rewarding.
