Hello, My name is Sarah Favell, I have worked at Wyndham House for over 5 years, starting as an Administration Assistant and then progressing to Head of Administration. I am responsible for payroll and all financial matters at Wyndham House. I assist our Management Team with various duties when needed. I thoroughly enjoy my role, and I am proud to be part of the team at Wyndham House.
Hello, my name is James Quick, as Wyndham House’s maintenance manager my role is not only to address any maintenance issues within the home, but also to ensure that the home environment is always safe, secure and comfortable for our residents, staff and their families.
Hello, my name is Daniel Bailey, I have worked at Wyndham House for 4 years and enjoying every minute. I am responsible for our Housekeeping and take great pride in making sure our environment here at Wyndham House is comfortable for all our residents, visitors and staff.
Hello, my name is Frankie Miles, I’ve been working in the catering trade for over 15 years. Working my way up through the ranks across different types of Catering from rosette standard to private functions. I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to bringing a smile to all our residents.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, having laughs and conversations with Mum, and are always friendly towards her. She is well cared for, supported and given encouragement. My Dad, myself and all my family that visit, are made welcome and we are kept well informed about how my Mum is doing.

The meals are very good home cooked meals and the staff do their best to make sure the residents have their meals whatever time is convenient for them.

We are very pleased with Wyndham House and would highly recommend them to anyone who has to make, as we did, the extremely hard decision to place Mum who has dementia, in a care home where she is in a safe, caring environment offering 24-hour care and all the help she needs around her.

My mother has been in Wyndham House Care for nearly two months and so far she has been extremely happy with the care provided. All the staff are very friendly and caring towards all the residents. Very impressed with the social activities and my mum is always very happy when we visit.
