30 hours per week, including alternative weekends

An opportunity has arisen to join our small team assisting the Head Chef in providing, managing, and developing a high-quality catering service to approximately 45 residents, guests and visitors of Wyndham House Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation, cooking and attractive presentation of all meals.
• Prepare simple meals i.e., vegetables, salad, bread and soft drinks for service.
• Provide regular interaction with residents to gain feedback regarding the food service
• Prepare and deliver beverage/food trolleys as required by the chef.
• Ensure the smooth transfer of supplies, goods and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure the safe operation of all kitchen equipment.
