We are pleased to announce a second pay increase in six months for our dedicated and amazing staff.

We are delighted to announce a second pay increase in six months for our dedicated and amazing staff.

In November 2021, staff received an increase in recognition of their continued hard work and dedication throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. And now, from April 2022, staff will receive a further increase, taking salaries well above the National Minimum Wage set by the Government.

In addition to a competitive salary for social care staff, additional benefits for employees include ongoing learning and development opportunities, a culture committed to offering career progression and 24-hour access to wellbeing services.

Managing Director Nigel Reeve said: “The unprecedented world that we all find ourselves living in has made the last twelve months some of the most challenging times ever encountered in the care sector.

“We are so proud of all our dedicated and amazing staff who have found themselves on the front-line, providing care to all our residents. Castlemeadow Care cannot express strongly enough the pride we feel for our staff and their achievements, and these pay reviews are true recognition of their hard work and commitment to Castlemeadow Care in ensuring our residents are safe, happy and well cared for.”
